Converted 160,000 sf of shell space at Rincon Center, San Francisco, to new judges chambers and courtrooms. Managed in-house contractor. Negotiated unit prices and construction contract with GSA, established schedules and budgets. Competitively bid subcontractor work and overall work progress. Reviewed and approved monthly payment applications.
