Owner’s rep. managing seismic upgrade and reconstruction of 580 unit apartment complex. Hire and managed architects, engineers and contractors. Reduced construction costs $6 million and expedited tenant move-in by 4 months.




The Belli Building, San Francisco, Ca

Managed the shoring and demolition work that was necessary to begin the renovation of this historic building in downtown San Francisco. CarlsonWilliam worked with city officials, historical preservation architects, neighbors and the ownership to address all preservation goals and oversaw contractor and a team of engineers necessary to stabilize and secure the foundation and exterior walls.
